Our construction process is planed, designed and implemented according to your individual project considering several factors that are important to the client; it could range from time frame and budget, to specific requests.

Initial Interaction with the client

Once we receive a request form from the client, an initial free of charge appointment is arranged by one of our in house Engineers whom will meet the client at the site, where client’s ideas are discussed, at this stage our experienced and thorough Engineers do offer their best advice in order for the client to gain the maximum potential benefit from their proposed project.

We can also arrange for clients to visit our current/past projects in order to gain an insight idea of our work standards and quality, and what their proposed project would be. Furthermore we offer the possibility for clients to check our credibility and accreditations on the UK’s leading construction scheme websites.


At this stage we have a clear idea of what the client requires for their proposed project.

We then arrange for a team dedicated to your project, whom can provide a work schedule plan, payment plan, a surveyor to take full detailed measurements of your site.


An expert architects draw the plans and once viewed and accepted by the client, then it is submitted for planning permission to your local council.

Due to our expertise and Experience there is no doubt in our planning permission acceptance, therefore while awaiting for a decision our Surveying Engineer provides a party wall agreement for any adjoining neighbour/s whom you share a party wall with, for their agreement.

Once planning is granted, our experienced structural engineer will then submit all the relevant calculations and drawings for a building control department for notice of commencing works.


A dedicated site manager for your project will be delivering all the relevant materials to the site and our team gets to work.

A dedicated engineer will personally supervise your site regularly, in addition to arranging all the relevant building control visits.

Once works are completed as per agreed design to the client’s satisfaction. A completion form is signed off.

Relevant gas safety and electricity certificates in addiction to a Building regulation certificate, Planning Permission approval, two years warranty for your project and an optional ten years structural warranty are all offered to the client.
